These Terms of Service govern the use of the NetPulse DNSBL blacklist check tool (the “Service”), operated by [Your Full Name / Business Name] (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

6. Data Sources and Accuracy

The Service queries external DNSBL providers and displays their responses. We do not control these external data sources and cannot guarantee the correctness, completeness or timeliness of any information returned.

The fact that an IP address or domain appears as “listed” or “not listed” in our Service does not imply any judgement or statement by us about the sender, owner or operator of that IP or domain.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable if a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) has been breached. In this case, our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Any further liability is excluded.

In particular, we are not liable for:

• loss of data or business opportunities caused by reliance on the Service,
• indirect or consequential damages,
• damages resulting from unavailability or malfunction of external DNSBL providers.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may display links to third-party websites or integrate third-party components (such as DNSBL providers, advertising networks or analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of such third parties.
